Pressure canning a rabbit
Today I put a couple rabbits in the pressure canner, covered them with water and added 1 Tbsp peppercorns, 2 large onions, some season salt and chives and cooked at 15 pounds pressure for a couple of minutes. I saved the meat to use in lunch tomorrow and canned the broth. It made 9 pints of broth. I love making my own things. Homemade broth is so much better then store bought.
